E's Water Table...

Eleanor and Lucy had a blast playing with E's water table last weekend! We went to The Rector's unprepared for the activity, obviously. But who needs a swimsuit when you look this cute in your diaper and panties?!

Spring at The Dallas Arboretum

Today we went to The Dallas Arboretum with our play group! It was a busy day at The Arboretum, but we still had a great time...the weather was absolutely perfect!

The petting zoo line was really long so we didn't get to go inside, but Lucy got to pet a few animals through the fence!

What a fun spring day! I'm so sad we missed all of the tulips...we were about a week late. We'll catch them next year!

Fun Play Date!

Yesterday, we met 3 very special friends and their kiddos for a play/lunch date! Jenn is in town from Virginia Beach for her brother's wedding....it was so good to see the Michael family, especially their 2 sweet girls! I've been friends with these girls since freshman year of high school...I love that almost 16 years later we're still good friends and now have little ones that can play together!

Yesterday morning we met the Rector crew at Andy Brown Park to let the girls play and work off some energy before lunch and nap time!

Toddler Christmas Brunch...

Yesterday, we went to Mel and Zoe's house for a Christmas play date and brunch. We had a great time playing with our friends....and having a little mommy catch up time!! I love these girls and their kiddos so much...just wish we could see them more often!!

Craft time! Mel made edible play dough with applesauce and cinnamon. Lucy had fun eating it and I had fun making some ornaments with it!

What a fun time celebrating the Christmas season with our friends! We missed Marina and Owen (Owen was not feeling well) and Karen, Eleanor and Tripp (Karen keeps using the excuse that she just had a baby 2 weeks ago)! ;)

Bass Pro Shops...

Today we went to Bass Pro Shops with a couple of friends from our playgroup. They have lots of fun activities for kids including a free 4x6 photo with Santa and a free carousel. Lucy loved everything but Santa...you'll see the proof below!

Bass Pro Shops is a great indoor activity for kiddos during the Christmas season, and since we went during the week there was hardly anyone there!
