16 Weeks...

Well, here I am at 16 weeks with baby #2. It's amazing how much faster I started showing with this one...my belly was about this size when I was 20/21 weeks with Lucy! I had a quick check-up today and baby's heartbeat was 154. We'll have a sonogram at my next appointment (20 weeks), but no peeking at his/her little parts! :) Thankfully, I have started feeling so much better over the past week...I truly am grateful to have some of my energy back and shorter episodes of nausea. I've been feeling bad for so long that I've forgotten how it feels to be normal....and it's just incredible! The first trimester crept by, but now the time is flying (Just as it did with Lucy). It's a bit scary, because I know August will be here before we know it!

Thank you Jesus for bringing us this far with baby #2. We ask for your protection over him/her over the next 24 weeks as your miracle forms inside of me.
