Our book club is reading Francine Rives newest book "Her Mother's Hope" this month. We'll meet next week to discuss it. I thought I wouldn't have time to read it since my work schedule is so crazy right now, the length of the book and the mounds of baby books that I "should" be reading before baby arrives. I was getting pretty exhausted from all of the baby books, so I decided to take a break from that genre and start "Her Mother's Hope"...with no expectations of actually finishing it before our book club discussion. Typically it takes me a while to get into Francine's books, but this one caught my attention right from the start. It was so good that I finished it in a little over a week. It was a nice stress reliever in the evenings before I went to bed...although it did keep me up way too late a few nights! I can't wait for the 2nd book of the 2 part series, "Her Daughter's Dream," to come out this month (Sept. 14th)!
